Instructor: Lincoln Gardner

Lincoln is the COO of Alpine Property Management’s Indianapolis office. He currently oversees the operations and financial responsibilities for projects ranging from asset management, construction, tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance, budget creation, and various other initiatives focusing on maximizing clients’ ROIs. Lincoln has a Bachelor’s Degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He has over a decade of experience in the real estate investing, acquisitions, and property management worlds. Prior to working at Alpine, Lincoln worked in the buying office at Dick’s Sporting Goods’ Corporate Headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. Lincoln is a licensed Realtor in the state of Indiana. He is co-owner of a mobile and modular home dealership, which he has parlayed into modular home micro-developments in the Indianapolis area. Lincoln and his wife, Allison, are the parents of a 3-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son. When not chasing his children, he spends his (very limited) free time golfing, staying active, and following the Indiana Hoosiers football and basketball teams.
