Instructor: Deven Trueblood

Deven Trueblood was born and raised in Indiana, and takes his Hoosier roots seriously as an avid sports fan of all things Indy. Deven left Indiana for a short time to pursue his passion for golf, while also getting an education in the business aspects of the sport. He started at Methodist University in North Carolina, finishing his degree in Professional Golf Management at Eastern Kentucky University. From 2008-2015, Deven worked as a Golf Pro at Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, KY and as the head Golf Professional at The Pete Dye Course at French Lick, IN. Deven worked for two years in Investor Relations for Alpine Capital, from 2015-2017, before becoming the manager for Indy Stay. Indy Stay manages the portfolio of Airbnb houses for Alpine Capital Solutions. Deven’s second passion is music, having played in several bands, he continues to play his guitar and includes music venues and concerts as cornerstones of his travel with his wife Tara. Deven is a devoted dad to his son Liam. Tara and Deven also share their home with two French Bulldogs, Fender and Gibson.
