Aaron Adams

Aaron Adams has been a full-time real estate investor since leaving his job teaching High School Spanish in the early 2000s. He has purchased thousands of properties in California, Indiana, Missouri, Texas, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, North Carolina and Illinois. Aaron has purchased several thousand properties with a particular focus on single family homes in blue collar and middle class neighborhoods.

However, his scope of experience includes: apartment complexes, commercial property, new construction and mobile home parks. He currently is focused on Indianapolis, Charlotte, Kansas City, and Dallas. Aaron was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Atlantic City, New Jersey, and attended college in both Utah and California.

Aaron has a Masters Degree in Business from Cal Poly Pomona and after spending two years in Venezuela, when he was 19-21 years old, is fluent in Spanish. He is the proud father of two sons, Casey and Thomas. He is currently the CEO of Alpine Property Management and Alpine Capital Solutions, as well as managing partner in a private equity firm and managing partner of several dozen companies.

Meggan is the head portfolio strategist for Alpine. She has helped hundreds of investors build millions of dollars in real estate portfolios over the years. Her expertise includes 1031 exchanges, single family homes, multi family utilizing retirement funds to buy and hold property.

Meggan has worked in customer service for 17 years… of which she has been a manager for 16. Her diverse background ranges from Sales Manager for Saks fifth avenue, to several small family owned retail entrepreneurial ventures. She has worked with Alpine owners since they began acquiring properties in 2005. Her role within the company has changed numerous times as different needs for her strong customer service skills and leadership has been needed.

At one point, Meggan was running 35 contractors, doing maintenance on over 900 properties throughout Indy Metro. Megan’s current focus (besides her 4 beautiful children) is working with investors on their portfolio acquisitions. She has clients with net worth far in excess of $1B purchasing 30-50 properties a month utilizing her advice and guidance. Her background working with people AND as a real estate investor make her uniquely qualified to help investors as they decide:

What markets to focus their investing… whether or not to borrow on properties…. whether or not to use retirement money to buy houses… how many properties they should acquire now and in the future. While Meggan is NOT licensed as a financial planner, she IS an experienced real estate investor with a track record of happy clients who have benefited from her extensive knowledge and understanding.

Rebecca (or Becca as she is affectionately called around ACS offices) has been part of the Alpine team since 2009. Becca began as a leasing agent focused on Marion County Indianapolis, and leased over 1000 properties learning the Indianapolis property market street by street. As an Indy native, Becca’s deep ties to the community have allowed her to network within real estate circles to grow her book of clientele. After completing her real estate license, Becca listed properties for home owners and investors before transitioning to portfolio management full time for Alpine.

Becca knows Alpine Capital Solutions international and domestic clientele base extremely well, and has extensive knowledge of tax structures and strategies, legal entity creation and implications of US and non-US residents owning US rental properties.

Her hundreds of clients count on her expert judgement to assist them in managing rental portfolios across all of the cities where Alpine operates. This devoted mom works tirelessly to facilitate the buying process for all of our clients. She is integral to assisting new investors to the Alpine Family.

Tara Trueblood

Tara Trueblood was born and raised in Indianapolis, her roots in the city provide expert knowledge of the diverse neighborhood markets that make up the core market for Alpine. Tara maintains her depth and breadth of knowledge of the local landscape by staying abreast of the latest trends that impact Indianapolis real estate street by street.

Tara has been in real estate for nearly two decades and started working with Aaron in 2005 to build the foundation for Alpine. She obtained her broker’s license in 2007 and still serves as the broker for Alpine Capital Solutions.

Tara is an avid fitness buff, keeping herself balanced and happy with pilates and running. She has completed several marathons and enjoys participating in running events around the city.

She enjoys traveling with her husband Deven, taking in experiences around the world and immersing herself in cultural experiences. Tara loves spending time with her stepson Liam along with planning and organizing family events for their extended family across Indiana. Her planning skills are also evident in the monthly Cash Flow Field Training events in Indianapolis, as she meticulously looks after the details that will make your trip to learn passive real estate investing in Indianapolis a great experience.

Tara and Deven also share their home with two French Bulldogs, Fender and Gibson.

Deven Trueblood

Deven Trueblood was born and raised in Indiana, and takes his Hoosier roots seriously as an avid sports fan of all things Indy.

Deven left Indiana for a short time to pursue his passion for golf, while also getting an education in the business aspects of the sport. He started at Methodist University in North Carolina, finishing his degree in Professional Golf Management at Eastern Kentucky University. From 2008-2015, Deven worked as a Golf Pro at Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, KY and as the head Golf Professional at The Pete Dye Course at French Lick, IN.

Deven worked for two years in Investor Relations for Alpine Capital, from 2015-2017, before becoming the manager for Indy Stay. Indy Stay manages the portfolio of Airbnb houses for Alpine Capital Solutions.

Deven’s second passion is music, having played in several bands, he continues to play his guitar and includes music venues and concerts as cornerstones of his travel with his wife Tara.

Deven is a devoted dad to his son Liam. Tara and Deven also share their home with two French Bulldogs, Fender and Gibson.

Ellen Brown has been affiliated with Alpine in Indianapolis since 2007. Her role with the organization has been dynamic and evolving over that time. Currently the majority of her time is devoted to working with our investors in a customer service capacity for all US holdings. She acts as a single point of contact for portfolio issues as well as new acquisitions.

Her personal real estate holdings span several markets including Indiana, Florida, Charlotte, Kansas City and Idaho. She and her husband are also owners of a Barre and Cycling studio in Indianapolis!

From an early age, Ellen has been interested in earning and growing wealth. While working towards the goal of Valedictorian of her high school class (one she achieved), Ellen started a Roth IRA for herself! This early zest for personal excellence, love of learning and willingness to save and invest money has been an attribute that has helped her arrive at her current destination.

Ellen and her husband Whitney are the proud parents of 3 beautiful children and in spite of her vast experience her number one priority remains as Mom and to her family.

Travis has been investing in real estate for over 2 decades with over 1000 doors purchased, he has bought, sold and held single family homes, mobile home parks and apartments in North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina and Indiana. He has helped and trained hundreds of investors around the country buy thousands of deals to increase their portfolios.

After college he became a financial advisor selling stocks, bonds and insurance which led him into the real estate industry where he found that real estate investing is the perfect fit. His experience in real estate has helped him partner with a real estate master mind like Aaron to build the Charlotte Alpine market for other investors to experience the similar real estate growth.

Travis was born in Upstate New York and his family moved to Charlotte North Carolina in the early 80’s, he has seen the city of Charlotte grow from its infancy to a banking powerhouse. He is a proud husband and father of two boys.

Malu is a full time real estate investor since joining Alpine in 2014, she is the operator of the Alpine Charlotte office along with her husband Travis. The Charlotte operation currently manages 400+ doors for Alpine investors & 12 full time office staff.

Prior to real estate she was an Educational Administrator with a degree from George Washington University. With mentorship, guidance and ample support from Aaron & Travis she is able to help buy, rehab & manage houses for the Alpine investors.

She is a proud mom of a 24 year old son who’s a software engineer on a path to pursue Law Degree and a 11 year old step son who she’s sure will be more interested in the real estate business.

Jed Rammell

Jed is the COO of Slate Mountain Homes, located in Eastern Idaho. He currently oversees the operations and financial responsibilities for projects ranging from modular home developments, tiny home communities, manufactured home dealerships, and other projects focused on asset repositioning and affordable housing.

Jed has over 15 years experience in the accounting/finance world. He has a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a MBA. He has held both Controller and CFO positions in the following industries: Real Estate Development, Real Estate Sales & Marketing, Ag & Commercial Real Estate, Land Holdings & Lending.

Jed is well versed in underwriting multifamily projects, mobile home developments, hotel projects, and enjoys working with towns and cities to help come up with creative solutions for affordable housing. He has worked closely with private equity groups, institutional investment groups, and asset-based lending groups. He is a licensed real estate professional.

Jed and his wife, Katie, are the proud parents of 3 boys and a 3 year old princess. He spends most of his free time involved in his kid’s activities, and loves both caddying and playing golf.

Tim Cheadle

Tim was plucked by Aaron right out of college in 2016 where he attended Florida State University and received a degree in Economics. He spent 2 years working in the Indianapolis office learning property management before moving to Kansas City.

Along with Brittney Echols, Tim manages the day to operations on site in Kansas City and will be your eyes and ears for your property there.

Tim is an avid real estate investor and has held an active Real Estate Broker's license since 2016 . He will also be taking the plunge with his fiancé Alex this winter in Orlando.

Brittney is the Director of Acquisitions for Alpine Property Management in Indianapolis and also serves as an operator for the Alpine KC office with Timothy Cheadle and Aaron Adams. She has purchased over 3000 homes between 6 US markets in the past 5 years. She acquires investment properties through auctions, direct mail, wholesaling and networking. She also hosts a meet up group on behalf of Alpine Capital Solutions that teaches and guides local investors and wholesalers to invest in real estate by sourcing properties. With all the knowledge and experience she has obtained from working under Aaron, she currently spends her time grinding in three markets generating an inventory of assets for the Alpine operations while also building her own cash flowing portfolio with rentals, flips, airbnbs and notes and owning a barbershop with her husband, Tanner. Brittney was born and raised in Texas where she graduated with a degree in Biology and Chemistry. Upon meeting Aaron Adams and his team she decided to take on the opportunity, relocate and build a future of knowledge and wealth.
